1. The Origins of the Fanpages
- BODYCOMBAT NLBE Fanpage (www.body-combat.nl): Founded on March 1, 2006 by Bas. After three years of dedicated training at his local gym, he decided to share his passion for BODYCOMBAT online. In 2008, the official domain name was registered, laying the foundation for what would become a thriving community for BODYCOMBAT enthusiasts.
- BODYCOMBAT Global Fanpage (www.body-combat.eu): Launched in April 2016. Due to the growing number of international visitors, this multilingual platform was developed as a European and international counterpart, providing BODYCOMBAT fans worldwide with access to news, information, and community content in multiple languages
- BCGlobal Blog & News Fanpage (https://blog.body-combat.eu): A central community and information hub for BODYCOMBAT enthusiasts, established in August 2026. Through our blog, we share the latest news, in-depth articles, practical tips, information about Les Mills programs, reports from live events, and updates on the newest BODYCOMBAT releases.

2. Our Relationship with Les Mills Netherlands/Belgium (HDD Group)
We are proud of and grateful for the close support and relationship we have with HDD Group / Les Mills Netherlands/Belgium. We can always rely on them for information and assistance whenever questions arise that we cannot answer as a Fanpage.
- Guidelines: We use only official promotional materials in accordance with the applicable brand guidelines.
- Les Mills Marketing Studio: Our fanpage has official access to the Les Mills Marketing Studio through HDD Group / Les Mills Netherlands & Belgium in Waalwijk (NL)
- No Rumors: We publish only verified information and official news updates from Les Mills International, Les Mills Netherlands / Belgium, and adidas.
- Helpdesk: For official customer inquiries regarding Les Mills products or other related information, we always refer visitors directly to the HDD Group headquarters.

To ensure the best possible experience for our community, we operate according to a set of clear principles:
- 100% Ad-Free: We do not display intrusive banners, pop-ups, or advertising on our fan pages.
- Non-Profit: We do not earn money from your visits, clicks, or engagement on our website.
- Privacy First: We do not use invasive tracking tools such as Google Analytics or Google Search Console. Visitor statistics are collected anonymously and in a privacy-friendly manner through local website tools.
- Powered by Passion: The BODYCOMBAT Global Fanpage is entirely managed by passionate volunteers. We do not receive financial sponsorship from Les Mills, adidas, or any other commercial organization.
- No Event Organization: We do not organize fitness events ourselves. However, we are always happy to promote official events, such as Les Mills Live and other authorized community events.
4. Contact & Volunteers
Behind this fanpage is a passionate team of volunteers. We do our best to respond to visitors’ emails as quickly as possible.
- Email Response Time: We aim to respond within 24 to 48 hours.
- Privacy: Messages and email correspondence with third parties are never retained for longer than one year, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Forms: Available via our Blog Feedback Form and Contact Form.
- Compliments & Suggestions Form: Any compliments and suggestions submitted through our fanpage are completely anonymous and cannot be traced back to you as an individual.
