- Better coordination, more speed

- You become stronger, fitter and more powerful

Are you starting BODYCOMBAT? Here's our tip!

You can adjust the BODYCOMBAT workout to your own level, because your BODYCOMBAT instructor gives different options. You can also do only the first 4-5 numbers in the beginning.

What does a typical lesson look like?

Your BODYCOMBAT instructor will guide you through a series of (mixed) martial arts moves and various music tracks. If necessary, your instructor will also provide various options for a BODYCOMBAT song.

1You will start by learning all the moves that will be used in the class, so that your body and mind are warmed up for the fight that is to come.
2Visualize your opponent in a series of combinations. The emphasis is on speed, strength and endurance. You have time to recover and prepare for each new phase. The class ends with a “final fight for your life” and you will soon find yourself achieving your fitness goals.
3Finally, we'll do some floor exercises that will build strength. Then it's pay-back time - stretch those muscles that worked hard during the fight.

Frequently Asked Questions

HOW FIT DO I NEED TO BE?
BODYCOMBAT is suitable for anyone with an average fitness level. And because the movements are simple, you don’t need to have particularly good coordination. Just give it a go!

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I TAKE A CLASS?
BODYCOMBAT is addictive, but don't overdo it. For best results, taking a BODYCOMBAT class two or three times a week is optimal.

DOES BODYCOMBAT HELP ME WITH SELF DEFENSE?
BODYCOMBAT is a non-contact fitness program, so not a self-defense course. But if you exercise regularly and are fit, then you will of course have an advantage in any situation.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Wear clothing that you wear during other workouts and that is comfortable. Also bring a bottle of water, a towel and be motivated.

I AM PREGNANT. CAN I PARTICIPATE IN BODYCOMBAT?
We do not recommend BODYCOMBAT during pregnancy. The release of hormones such as estrogen can make joints less stable - the kicks in BODYCOMBAT can worsen instability in the hips and pelvis.
