Are you in the gym for the first time and are you also participating in a BODYCOMBAT class for the first time, let your instructor know! They will help you and explain and give you any variations (options) that you can do. Give yourself 3x the chance to participate in a class. It gets easier and easier; the more you participate, the easier it gets. Go for it!
